Financial Records and Information

Prior to a Chapter 13 bankruptcy filing, the client will need to provide certain financial records and information that will be used to prepare the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Petition, Schedules, and other Forms.  The items typically needed will include: pay stubs, tax returns, monthly living expenses, creditor statements, contracts, lease agreements, and information about assets.  During the initial consultation, our attorney will determine which items will be required.  We then provide a detailed checklist that lists all of the items that will be necessary for the particular case.
